senior meeting

I was at the senior meeting this morning. I heard that it was really important in order to graduate, but they didnt even take attendence. For most of the time we watched a small scenario played out by the NJPD, NJFD, HMS, and a couple of HHS students. The play didnt really intersest me but the story that was told of the accident that took place on Sunday morning did. It is a sad story, and just to imagine how one decision can impact a person and others so much. How a simple thing as strapping a seat belt on could be the difference between life and death. It made me realize the importance of wearing a seat belt, and how we should always were it becaues even if we arent reckless drivers we never know when we will encounter a careless driver on the same road as us. You never know if the person in the car driving towards you is intoxicaded. It is better to be safe than sorry, and when you are considerong drinking make sure your not the one driving, because like on of the speakers said we never go out on a party night meaning to have an accident.

The 4th Marking Period

During the 4th marking period i am going to do all my assignments so i can hopefully get exempt from most of my finals. My grades from my classes are good so I probably would not have to take many final exams. I am also trying to pass Pre Calculus this marking period with a B. I know that I will have to take my Pre Calculus final exam because my 3rd marking period grade wasent very good. At this point if i have to take finals or not is a minor concern. I just want to graduate on June and fianlly be off to college.

SPRING BREAK

spring break was ok. i had many things to do and didnt actually do anything. gladly i had no homework except for an essay that was due last friday and i forgot, so i emailed it to my teacher on tuesday. on wensday i switched cable from optimum to verizon and had to stay home until the slow cable guy left..he seriously was at my house all day, this was officially the most boring day of my week. saturday night was horrible because it had to rain so much that i couldnt go out to a party and today was already bad for me....i woke up late, broke one of my contacts so i ended up having to wear glasses, and was late to school. i wish school was over already...hate waking up early :)

mid term exams

The mid terms weren't as horrible for me this year. All of the teachers gave review packets which really helped out. Most of the packets had similar information from the mid terms. Although the tests weren't bad i'm glad they are over.

welcome to 2011

2010 was a great year but hopefully 2011 is better. my new year resolution is to get a job and save money... save money so that in the summer i could go on vacations and not have to ask my parents for money.
